Return and Exchange Policy
Our Return or Exchange Policy (International and US Orders):
Our guarantee: Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping to ensure that your order does not contain any manufacturer's defect. We will exchange any item if the item does not fit correctly or we will issue a refund if the customer is unsatisfied with the merchandise.
Within 30 days of the original purchase: BasicsClothing.com gladly accepts returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any item(s) cancelled, exchange or refund after an order is in progress. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will add freight for any exchanged merchandises. The shipping charge will base on the amount of the exchange. Please see shipping info for shipping charges. No returns or exchanges after 30 days of original purchase. No refunds or exchanges for personalized items - this includes embroidery or pant alterations.

Please send your package to the address below. For record keeping, a tracking number for returning merchandises is recommended. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.

Please include in your package:
- The merchandise you are returning
- Note whether you would like to request a refund or exchange
- Your packing slip or copy of your order
If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- The name, address, and zip code on the billing address submitted
- Date of purchase and/or invoice number
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
A mail check will be issued for all returns on items purchased with a personal check. Please allow at least 14 business days for mail check to arrive.
